Air Supply

1988 CHEVROLET DELIVERY VAN

Air Supply is our fire support vehicle.  It responds to structure fires and large fire events.  Air Supply is equipped with portable pumps, a 4,000 gallon portable tank, a portable generator, and is equipped with a cascade system to refill air bottles for Self Contained Breathing Apparatus.  Air Supply was obtained from the Byram Volunteer Fire Department where it was retired from service as Rescue 3.

 

 

Brush Truck

Brush Truck is a special purpose vehicle used to fight grass and brush fires. The vehicle is equipped with a 200 gallon water tank, and spay rig. It also carries firefighting hand tools, and water backpacks. This vehicle allows PVFD to get into places inaccessible by other equipment. This truck began its life as a member of the National Guard, and was obtained from the Federal Excess Personal Property program through the Mississippi Forestry Commission.

 

Engine One

2006 GMC C-8500

Engine One is our primary fire fighting vehicle. It responds to motor vehicle accidents, vehicle fires, and structure fires. Engine One is equipped with a 1,000 gallon water tank, and a 1,250 gallon per minute fire pump.

 

Engine Two

Engine Two responds to motor vehicle accidents, vehicle fires, structure fires, and wild fires. Engine Two is equipped with a 1,250 gallon water tank, and a 750 gallon per minute fire pump.

 

Rescue One

Rescue One is an all purpose response vehicle that is equipped to respond to medical calls, motor vehicle accidents, structure fires, wild fires, and any other emergency. The vehicle is equipped with medical and trauma supplies and equipment.

 

Rescue Two

Rescue Two is an all purpose response vehicle that is equipped to respond to medical calls, motor vehicle accidents, structure fires, wild fires, and any other emergency.  The vehicle is equipped with medical and trauma supplies and equipment. 

 

Rescue Three

1995 Jeep Cherokee

Rescue Three is an all purpose response vehicle that is equipped to respond to medical calls, motor vehicle accidents, structure fires, wild fires, and any other emergency. The vehicle is equipped with medical and trauma supplies and equipment.

 

 

Tanker One

Tanker One is our water supply vehicle. It responds to structure fires. Tanker One is equipped with a 5,000 gallon water tank, and a 900 gallon per minute pump.
